This policy explains how to cancel a DoxaQ Pro subscription and when refunds are available.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your DoxaQ Pro subscription at any time:
- Sign in at doxaq.doxaed.com.
- Open your Billing dashboard from the top navigation.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full Pro access until that date and you will not be charged again. After the period ends, your account moves to the free tier; your data is preserved.
If you prefer, email doxaedofficial@gmail.com from the email address on your account and we will process the cancellation within 2 business days.
2. Refund policy
Standard policy: no automatic refunds for the current billing period
DoxaQ Pro is billed monthly in advance. When you cancel, your subscription does not renew, but the most recent monthly charge is not automatically refunded; you keep access for the remainder of that period.
Refunds we will issue
We will issue a full refund of the most recent monthly charge in the following situations:
- Accidental or unauthorised charge. The card was used by someone other than you, or you were billed after a confirmed cancellation.
- Service unavailability. The service was unavailable for more than 72 hours in the calendar month due to a fault on our side.
- Duplicate charge. You were billed twice for the same period.
- You cancelled within 7 days of the first paid charge and have not used Pro features (image upload, drawing canvas, sessions exceeding free-tier limits) since.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
Refunds we cannot issue
- Refunds for partial months when you have used Pro features during the period;
- Refunds for periods more than 60 days in the past;
- Refunds where the account was suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
3. Trial period
New accounts may receive a complimentary 90-day Pro launch trial. No payment is collected for the trial. The account moves to the free tier when the trial ends unless an active paid subscription is in place. There is nothing to refund for an unpaid trial.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry the charge over a period of up to 5 days. During the retry window your Pro access continues. If all retries fail, the subscription is marked inactive and the account moves to the free tier. You can reactivate at any time by updating your payment method and starting a new subscription.
5. How to request a refund
Email doxaedofficial@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with:
- Your username;
- The date(s) of the charge(s) in question;
- The reason for the refund request.
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete approved refunds within 7 business days. If a refund is not approved, we will explain why in writing.
6. Free tier
The DoxaQ free tier is and remains free. There is nothing to cancel and no refund applies.
