DoxaQ is a digital, web-based service. Nothing physical is sold or shipped. This page sets out how the service is delivered to you and what to do if access does not work as expected.
1. What we deliver
You receive online access to the DoxaQ service at doxaq.doxaed.com. The service includes:
- The ability to create and host live multiple-choice quizzes;
- The ability to host any of 21 Visible Thinking Routines;
- For paid (Pro) subscribers: image upload on questions, the drawing canvas, the staged-reveal Zoom In routine, unlimited participants, and indefinite history retention.
There are no physical goods, no downloads, no DVDs, no shipped items.
2. Delivery time
Free accounts
Access is granted immediately upon successful sign-up. You can host your first quiz within seconds of creating an account.
Pro subscriptions
Pro features are unlocked immediately upon successful payment. The Razorpay confirmation webhook normally reaches our servers within seconds; if there is a delay, refresh your billing dashboard or wait up to 5 minutes. Pro features will appear in your account without any further action.
Trial access
The complimentary 90-day Pro launch trial is granted immediately on account creation; no payment is required and no shipping applies.
3. Where the service is available
DoxaQ is available worldwide, anywhere the internet works. The hosting infrastructure is in India; payment processing is operated by Razorpay (an India-based payment provider).
4. If something doesn't work
If you have paid for Pro and the upgraded features have not appeared on your account within 30 minutes of payment, please contact us at doxaedofficial@gmail.com with the email on your account and the Razorpay payment reference. We will resolve the issue or process a refund as set out in the Cancellation and Refunds policy.
